If your winery is home to a 3/4 tonne bell that you ring either on occasion or randomly; a boundary fence known as "Woodhenge" made from massive threaded redgum posts; a giant outdoor "bush" sculpture of a cricket bat, ball and stumps...

If you celebrate your late "second founder's" annual birthday by hurling watermelons into a vineyard from a giant medieval siege machine (trebuchet) and you acknowledge Australia's most famous equestrian race by running around the grounds with your colleagues astride a broomstick topped with a cut-out horse head...

If you are serious about the wine you make, the wines you drink and the biodynamic vines you grow - but believe that everything else should be fun...
